Does it work on every bottle? +
Standard crown caps only — the crimped metal cap on beer, soda, cider and glass cola bottles. It does not open twist-off caps or plastic screw caps.
How far does the cap go? +
Across the table. It is a short hop built for a laugh, not a distance record. Aim away from faces, eyes and the good glassware. Adults only.
Is it hard to use with one hand? +
No. Thumb pulls the slider back, the seat drops onto the cap, the magnet holds it, index finger presses the trigger. Three moves, one hand.
Will it damage the bottle? +
No. The steel lip lifts the cap the same way a regular opener does. Only the cap leaves — the bottle stays where it was.
Is it a good gift? +
Yes, and an easy one. It needs no size, no charger and no instructions, and it is usually opened, loaded and fired before the cake.
