Does it need charging or pairing?

Neither. It is wired over USB-C — plug it in and talk. There is no battery to run flat mid-call and nothing to connect.

Which devices does it work with?

Any device with a USB-C port that supports audio — USB-C phones, laptops and tablets. It is not compatible with Lightning ports.

Can I use it on video calls?

Yes. It has its own microphone and speaker, and works on Zoom, Teams, Meet and FaceTime like any wired headset.

How far does the cord reach?

The coil sits at about 50 cm relaxed and stretches to roughly 3.2 m, so you can lean back or stand up without unplugging.

Does the button work on every phone?

The inline button answers and ends calls on most USB-C devices. On some laptops the on-screen control is used instead.
